Two examples of flows potentiallly associated with thermal springs on Mars. On the left, the Mangala Valles outflow was generated in a graben (tectonic feature) west to the Tharsis bulge. On the right, the black arrows on the Zephyria Patera volcano (Aeolis region) show what are likely to be runoffs generated from hot springs. Left to the volcano, an impact crater shows also traces of drainage. Since no watershed is observed in the region, water release associated to the presence of volcanic activity is a plausible hypothesis.
