Ridge-Like Lava Flows on Alba Patera. This part of the flanks of Alba Patera has ridge-like lava flows with complex dendritic patterns developed on them. Some of these channels may be directly associated with the formation of lava flows, but some may have resulted from fluvial modification of the volcano flanks. Cutting the lava flows in this area is a well-defined graben, within which are numerous collapse pits. The image is about 110 km across. North is to the upper left.
